Yoga Asanas

In order to maintain a healthy body, which is the cornerstone of a happy existence, Yoga Asanas teach how one can influence the function of internal organs via different Yoga poses.

The word ‘Asana‘ has been derived from the Sanskrit word that means ‘to seat’. However, in modern times Asana is understood as physical Yoga positions of all type including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Bikram. 

Regular asana practice will strengthen your focus, discipline, and mindfulness, which will help you be more open to meditation and pranayama. Asana stimulates the body on a subtle level further opening the chakras and nadis in order to let prana flow with ease.
