2 days 1 night yoga retreat is a brief getaway where participants practice yoga and participate in activities that support mental and physical health. The retreat offers a chance to disconnect from daily routines and connect with oneself and typically takes place in a tranquil and natural setting, such as a beach, forest, or mountain.

Yoga classes, meditation sessions, healthy meals, nature walks, and other activities that help you relax and feel refreshed might be on the schedule. A yoga retreat aims to help participants feel rejuvenated and reenergized upon their return.

Package Cost:

Private Accommodation – USD 90 per person
Sharing Accommodation – USD 65 per person (if two persons together)

Inclusions: 

  • Accommodation; Attached Bathroom with Hot & Cold shower
  • 2 vegetarian or Vegan meals daily (Cultural Food on Festivals & Rituals) 
  • Daily herbal tea as mentioned above 
  • Yoga sessions (1.5Hours) per day including yoga mat 
  • Drinking water, Nasal Cleansing, Concentration Gaze
  • One therapy session on Main Retreat Days only

2 Days 1 Night Yoga Retreat Itinerary

Day: 01 Arrival Day

11:00 am – Check-in. And Welcome tea

12:00pm  – Relaxation in the beautiful fruit garden

1:00 pm – Lunch

2:00 pm –Sound bath

3:00 pm – Steam bath

4:30pm – Meditation

6:00pm – Dinner

8:00pm –  Tratak (Concerntrated Gaze) and Light Ustsave celebration

9:pm Bed time Light off

Day: 02 

6:00am – Wake up bell (Drinking water)
6:30am – Nasal cleansing & satkarma
7:00am –Herbal tea
7:30am – am Mantra Chanting/Pranayama/ Asana Practice
9:00am – Breakfast
10:30am – Yogic Relaxation and Meditation
11:00am –  pack & Rest
11:00am check out
