Inspiring morning yoga with the nice view What a perfect way to start your day with Atma's yoga class. I had a chance to join the class several times when I stayed in Yog Hostel. He thought us about different Chakras and showed how to built a good morning routine with yoga. View from the sunrise high top was nice as well. Would love to go back! ✨

Relaxing yoga lesson with lots of different aspects to it I had a lesson from Atma Swami at Yog hostel. It was very relaxing and he taught me some really nice yoga moves. I am not experiences with yoga but he helped me though it nicely.
