50-Hour Meditation Teacher Training in Nepal: A Journey into Silence
Nestled in the serene foothills of the Himalayas, the 50-Hour Meditation Teacher Training in Nepal at Shanti Yoga Academy offers a profound journey into inner silence and self-discovery.
At Shanti Yoga Academy, meditation is viewed not merely as a technique, but as the ultimate gateway to Yoga and Samadhi. While the physical body serves as the foundation for meditation, meditation itself becomes the vehicle that carries the practitioner toward higher states of awareness and union.
Held in the sacred land associated with Shakyamuni Buddha, this immersive training honors the ancient understanding that there are not different “types” of meditation, but rather diverse pathways and scientific methods for training the conscious mind.
In today’s fast-paced world, constant exposure to external stimulation often leads to stress, anxiety, emotional imbalance, and psychosomatic illness. This training provides a sanctuary for deep restoration, helping practitioners cultivate inner stillness, vital energy, and life force.
Guided by experienced teachers such as Swami Atma and YogiRaj, students explore a rich synthesis of Vedic, Buddhist, Zen, and contemporary meditative traditions. Through practices such as Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound), Vipassana (insight meditation), and Prana Sadhana (breath awareness), participants learn to navigate the fluctuations of the mind (Vrittis) and cultivate a state of Tathata—living centered in one’s true nature.
More than a certification course, this training is an invitation to rediscover the sacred mystery of aliveness through the art of loving awareness, silence, and conscious presence.
