What is sound healing?
Sound healing is an ancient healing practice that uses vibration to encourage balance and harmony in the body. Proponents of sound healing believe that the human body is composed of vibration, and that illness and disease occur when our vibration is out of sync. By using specific frequencies and vibrations, sound healing can realign our vibration and promote physical, mental and emotional healing.
There is a growing body of scientific evidence to support the efficacy of sound healing. Studies have shown that sound healing can be effective in reducing stress, anxiety and pain. It has also been shown to improve sleep quality and contribute to overall physical and mental wellbeing.
