  • Day 1: Arrival in Pokhara Welcome to Pokhara. Relax with gentle yoga, meditation, and a trek orientation session.
  • Day 2: Drive to Kande & Trek to Deurali (2,540m) Begin your scenic trek through lush forests and enjoy your first panoramic Himalayan views.
  • Day 3: Trek to Forest Camp (2,550m) Peaceful forest trekking paired with restorative yoga and mindfulness meditation.
  • Day 4: Trek to High Camp (3,590m) Enjoy breathtaking alpine vistas and empowering high-altitude yoga sessions.
  • Day 5: Sunrise at Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500m) & Descend to Low Camp Experience a magical Himalayan sunrise at the base camp before descending to Low Camp.
  • Day 6: Trek to Siding Village & Return to Pokhara Immerse yourself in cultural village exploration followed by a relaxing evening back in Pokhara.

  • Gear & Essentials: Trekking boots & sandals, headlamp & gloves, water bottle, sunscreen & sunglasses, backpack with rain cover, and a sleeping bag (recommended).

  • Minimum Age: 15 years
  • Fitness: Basic physical fitness is required. No prior yoga experience necessary!
  • Documents & Cash: Please bring passport photos for permits and approximately USD 300 in emergency cash. Always stay hydrated during high-altitude trekking.

Do I need prior yoga experience? Not at all. All of our daily yoga and meditation sessions are completely beginner-friendly and adaptable.

What is the best season to go? Spring (March–May) and Autumn (September–November) offer the clearest weather and most spectacular mountain views.

Can solo travelers join? Yes! Solo travelers are warmly welcome to join our groups.
