100 Hour Meditation Teacher Training in Nepal
A Complete Awakening
The 100-Hour Meditation Teacher Training is an immersive 10-day journey designed for individuals who wish to deepen their personal meditation practice and develop the confidence and skills to teach meditation internationally. Rooted in the systematic discipline of Yoga, this training goes beyond basic relaxation techniques and explores the deeper dimensions of consciousness, awareness, and inner transformation.
Bridging Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science
Born in the spiritual atmosphere of the Himalayas, this training bridges ancient Vedic wisdom with the modern understanding of the human mind and consciousness. Participants will study the profound teachings of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, especially the principle:
योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः
Yogas-Chitta-Vrittis-Nirodhah — the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.
Students will learn to recognize the patterns of consciousness that create stress, confusion, and suffering, while cultivating practices that develop Tathata (right acceptance) and Sakshi (witnessing awareness).
The Science of Sound and Stillness
A unique foundation of this program is the integration of Nada Yoga (The Yoga of Sound) and Himalayan Singing Bowl Therapy. Participants will explore how sacred vibrations and frequencies can move beyond the analytical mind and support deep emotional and cellular healing.
Training includes:
- Brahmanada A-U-M Meditation
- Himalayan Singing Bowl Meditation
- Sound Healing & Music Meditation
- Tratak (Gazing) Meditation
- Chakra Awareness & Energy Balancing
- Breath Awareness & Mindfulness Practices
These practices are designed to harmonize the astral body, calm the nervous system, and neutralize the “brain heat” often created by stress and modern anxiety.
Cultivating the Teacher Within
To teach meditation is to embody silence, awareness, and compassion. This course places strong emphasis on Teaching Methodology and heart-centered communication, helping participants develop the confidence and sensitivity needed to guide others.
You will learn:
- The art of guiding Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)
- Voice modulation and meditative presence
- Structuring meditation classes and workshops
- Creating safe and supportive spaces for students
- Guiding emotional release and inner transformation
- The use of Sankalpa (positive resolve) in subconscious healing
